Levin
is a vibrant and family-friendly community with a multitude of activities,
clubs and facilities.
I moved to Levin in July 2008 after being raised in Wainuiomata,
Lower Hutt (see map)
which is a very similar community.
I can sit and tell you all about Wainuiomata but I really can't
do any better than point you useful sites that do that already.
Much of the information below is literally pointing you to specific
links/pages on www.wainuiomata.co.nz
I live in Levin,
I work in Levin and I am proud to sell Levin real estate as in my
opinion we have affordable housing, largely built by craftsmen builders,
plumbers. tilers etc in the 1950's, 1960's, 1970's and 1980's nestled
in a picturesque setting that is only a short drive from Wellington
and Palmerston North.
Compared to
Wellington City - we have generous sections and lots of off-street
parking, and we are jam-packed with activities and community based
resources. In fact we are so resource dense I have only listed some
of them. (I am a two fingered typist and I am a Real Estate Saleperson
- not a web-designer...but I'll get there)
